Non Australian citizens (except for those reside permanently in Australia) will require more time for visa issuance since it would need prior approval from Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in their country. In the case there is no Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in their country, the approval is from the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in the neighbouring country of their origin. Consequently more time needed for its issuance (5 working days from approval received).
