In conjunction with the new visa policy, the Indonesian Minister of Justice and Human Rights has issued and signed a new decree no. M-HH-01.GR.01.06/2010, effective from 12nd January  2010. Nationals of the following countries can apply for their short visit visa upon arrival at the following Airports/Seaports in Indonesia for a maximum visit of 30 days:

Note :

Starting from 12 nd January 2010 , the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration has changed the short visit Tourist Visa Issued on Arrival into the new classification of visa.

The short visit visa classifications are as follows :
- Tourist
- Bussiness
- Education/Training
- Family/Social

Visa on arrival will cost US$25.00;

Visa On Arrival  granted for a period of 30 days with the following conditions:

a. Period of validity of passport must be longer than 6 months upon arrival in Indonesia

b. can be extended for next 30 days

c. can not be converted into other immigration permits.
