INDONESIAN FOOD FESTIVAL

The Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia and the Shangri-la Hotel in Sydney, as well as Garuda Indonesia have held the Indonesian Food Festival in Shangri-la Hotel in Sydney, starting 27 of May until 1^st of June 2010. The Festival was officially opened by the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Sudaryomo Hartosudarmo in one cocktail party.

The Festival served the costumers with variety of the authentic Indonesian dishes, prepared by 2 (two) Indonesian chefs from the Shangri-la Hotel Jakarta. Instead of food, the Festival provided also a series of the Indonesian cultural dances every evening.
