LETTER OF DONATION

To bring a gift/donation to Indonesia you should provide :

  • A letter to the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia clarifying the purpose, amount and the recipient of gift/donation, as well as other relevant information. ( The Letter from Donor to Consul General AND The Letter from Recipient to Consul General ).
  • A gift/donation certificate explaining that the gift/donation would be granted to an individual or an agency/institution in Indonesia.
  • Invoice and packing list of the goods. At the end of the invoice/packing list, please insert this statement " NO COMMERCIAL VALUE AND VALUE FOR CUSTOM PURPOSE ONLY".
  • Enclose correspondences between donor and recipient.
  • Payment is not required.
